The Vendor is required to provide for the collection and transportation of recyclable materials, from residential premises or properties including single family homes, apartments, condominiums, townhouses, cooperatives, houses of worship, and from township facilities or other facilities as designated, in the township that currently exist and that are constructed and occupied.

- Paper Recycling includes Mixed Paper, Corrugated and Newspaper: Uncontaminated newspapers, magazines, periodicals, soft cover books, junk mail, discarded letters and envelopes, scrap paper, dry food cartons, cardboard and corrugated.
- Mixed paper and corrugated should be flattened and placed in brown paper bags or tied in bundles or placed into a corrugated box that can reasonably be lifted by one person for placement into recycling truck. Plastic bags are not permitted.
