Strategic Plan Services

The Vendor is required to provide consulting team to lead the development of a new city strategic plan (CSP). 
- This plan will be a critical tool for guiding the City’s priorities, resource management, and decision-making processes over the next several years.
- This updated strategic plan will directly facilitate the organization's efforts to translate strategic priorities into tangible outcomes while supporting the city’s comprehensive plan and guiding meaningful community improvement.
- Their approach should also include a public engagement plan which provides clear descriptions of each aspect of engagement, what information is being sought, how that information will be utilized, and clearly tied to the overall project timeline. It is expected that clear processes for document sharing, communications, and timely input/feedback will be defined at the beginning of the project to ensure continual and efficient progress on the plan.
- Provide a clear and detailed timeline delineating how each phase and deliverable will build on the previous, and recommend an overall approach based on city unique characteristics, needs, resources, and planning framework.
