The vendor is required to digital media provide digital media creative development, implementation, performance testing, and optimization of assets.
- An understanding of best practices and trends of social media and digital platforms, capabilities to conceptualize and execute creative asset development at scale, an understanding of performance metrics and indicators and analytic capabilities to structure and develop optimal testing planning, optimization and solutions based on the university’s objectives.
- Creative strategy and production for all digital and social media platforms (current or future) should be considered applicable, including, but not limited to, meta, google demand gen, dv360, LinkedIn, Tiktok, performance max, paid search, etc.
- Digital advertising creative production, testing and optimization:
• Provide strategy, oversight and guidance in all creative development, including talent casting and direction from initial concept to asset completion;
• Support digital design and development from concept to production through final delivery;
• Provide animation, editing, resizing, refinement and music direction, if appropriate;
• Customize assets for geographies, business needs as well as reformat and resize as needed to fulfill testing and media plan specs and placements;
• Develop a robust testing matrix that analyzes social creative elements, controlling for multiple variables and optimizing clean learnings;
• Analyze historic performance, competitive messaging and imagery, trending terms for messaging, platform trends, culture, and more;
• Document monthly testing architecture that clearly outlines the desired learnings, controls and variables;
• Create trafficking grids that include testing architecture (as appropriate);
• Provide regular reporting and presentation of asset and testing performance;
• Optimize and maintain an iterative process to ensure continuous learnings;
• Deliver native design files as requested per agency requirements; and
• Leverage current technologies to support digital creative efforts and fulfill objectives of the marketing office.
