The Vendor is required to provide to conduct a graduate program marketing campaign during fall 2025, with the initial focus on recruitment for the administration program.
- The campaign will run for approximately 12 weeks and is intended to increase awareness, generate prospective student leads, and improve enrollment outcomes.
- Marketing service providers with demonstrated experience in higher education outreach.
- Responsible for planning, developing, and executing a multi-channel digital campaign that includes creative content, social media outreach, and targeted advertising.
- Provide access to campaign tracking tools and deliver detailed reporting and analytics.
- Services must include:
• Campaign Planning and Strategy – Approach for developing a marketing plan that aligns with agency graduate recruitment goals.
• Creative Development – Ability to produce campaign materials (such as digital ads, social media content, or landing pages) that appeal to targeted audiences.
• Media Placement and Outreach – Recommended platforms, targeting strategies, and methods to maximize reach and engagement. Proposals should focus on a digital-first mix (social media, search, display/retargeting, and email). Vendors may also propose additional channels if they can demonstrate measurable value.
• Tracking and Reporting – Tools and processes to monitor campaign performance, including metrics such as impressions, clicks, and conversions. Bi-weekly reporting is preferred, in addition to a final summary report.
• Communication and Support – Proposed level of collaboration with agency staff, including access to campaign dashboards or regular status updates.
