Video Production Services

The Vendor is required to provide video production companies or freelancers to produce a 15-20 minute video.
- The video should:
•    Engage viewers, inform about our mission and departmental functions
•    Be visually compelling and professionally edited
•    Include onsite visits and interviews with department staff
- Responsible for:
•    Concept development (in collaboration with our team)
•    Filming (on-site or at agreed locations)
•    Editing (including color correction, sound mixing, and graphics)
•    Delivering a final version suitable for presentation and website
•    One round of revisions
- Final edited video: 15-20 minutes in HD (MP4 format)
- Optionally, short clips (30-60 seconds).
