• Identify partnership or cross-promotional opportunities for campaigns and events with local agencies, non-profits and corporations

• Draft speeches, remarks, op-eds, talking points, newsletters, and executive messaging

- Media Relations and Engagement
• Develop, nurture and leverage local and national media relationships to gain proactive, positive media placements for agency executives, projects and human interest stories.

• Local and national media placement and bookings- speaking engagements, panels, interviews, awards, special features and leadership profiles
• Speech writing, talking points development, media training and interview preparation for events and media stories, serving the CEO, COO and executive leadership team

• Develop and implement brand-aligned marketing strategies to elevate agency presence across channels
• Conduct brand audits and deliver positioning recommendations

• Provide guidance and strategy for internal and external branding efforts
• Support the concepting and delivery of branded merchandise for agency
• Design and produce high-quality merchandise such as apparel, tote bags, pins, hats, doormats, etc.

• Provide recommendations for rollout strategies (e.g., influencer drops, employee swag, giveaways)

• Drive digital transformation through clear, scalable, and audience-driven strategies

- Community Relations Strategy
• The successful firm will work closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of Communications, or authorized agency executive to provide strategic advice for various agency strategies supporting the development of partnerships with influential organizations and individuals
- Content Creation and Social Media Management
• Ensure consistent, engaging, and mission-aligned digital content across platforms
• Develop and produce short-form video content
• Draft, edit, and schedule evergreen and campaign-based social media content
• Cover and post content live from events and activations
• Maintain content calendars aligned with department-wide priorities
• Collaborate with strategic consultants to refine voice and cadence across platforms
- Event Planning and Experiential Marketing
• Develop and implement events that promote agency mission, values, and visibility
• Lead strategy, logistics, and creative concepting for agency events
• Manage vendor coordination, run-of-show documentation, and activation support
• Plan and support events ranging from community activations to industry convening
• Provide on-site staffing and post-event follow-up coordination
- Graphic Design and Creative Services
• Develop brand-forward design assets and visual strategies to support agency storytelling
• Provide creative direction and execution of digital and print collateral
• Translate campaign messaging into strong, consistent visuals
• Develop templates, toolkits, and reusable brand assets
• Support visual identity for key reports, presentations, and agency-wide initiatives
- Photography, Video Production and Editing
• Capture and produce compelling video content to enhance storytelling across agency platforms
• Produce, shoot and deliver branded video content for campaigns, events and resident stories
• Develop short-form content for social media, including reels, story-format content, and platform-native clips that align with agency tone and messaging
• Provide on-location photography for events, portraits, property highlights, and resident stories
• Deliver edited, publication-ready images in accordance with agency brand and file requirements
• Produce branded audio assets and refine field recordings for clarity and impact
• Support podcast development, voiceover recording, and audio storytelling initiatives
• Deliver mixed and edited audio content suitable for digital channels
- Makeup and On-Camera Readiness Services
• Provide professional makeup and grooming support for photography, video, or public events
• Ensure consistent, polished on-camera presence for agency talent
• Respond quickly for time-sensitive production needs.
