The Vendor is required to provide to retain full-service and specialty communication firms with a broad range of strategic and tactical expertise to assist with the development and/or implementation of extensive multi-faceted communications initiatives.
- Staff, and other project stakeholders as appropriate, will help formulate integrated communication strategy and planning for a range of activities focused on stakeholder identification, effective messaging by stakeholder group, channel and distribution management, and tactical planning/timelines to help inform, educate or build trust with the public, communities, stakeholders, decision-makers, influencers and employees about agency many contributions to State and its leadership in the energy industry.
- Media Relations, Crisis Management and Issues Management
- Produce high-quality graphic materials, videos and other material including but not limited to materials for use in print and digital media, and at public meetings, briefings and press conferences, trade shows or other public events.

• In-person conference development and management: develop and manage in-person conferences under the guidance of an agency leader. Provide preconference services such as list management, outreach, development of printed invitations, printed agendas, biographies and other print materials.
• Day of conference coordination of speakers, check-in, and registration and hiring of local staff. Also support the conference with activities including development and setup of signage and environment, run of show production and management, staffing, tables and breakout rooms.

• Ability to supply, source or hire photographers and/or video crews across all regions of the state.
• Must be an expert in all aspects of photo/video production for capturing media press events, b-roll and still photos of events, and other activities.
• For media events the video crew and/or still photographer would be required to capture a wide static shot of a podium/activity area and a tighter shot of podium remarks while also recording quality close-proximity audio.
• General b-roll of locations and activity may also be required.
• Video interviews may also be requested and would require a minimum of 3-point lighting and wireless lavalier audio.
• Aerial (drone) photo/video services may also be required.
• Drone video/photography may also be required.
• All drone pilots must be FAA part 107 license pic operators and utilize 4k prosumer-minimum drone (DJI MAVIC 3 or similar/better).
