Literacy Professional Learning Videography Services

The vendor is required to provide literacy professional learning videography work which will be utilized in professional learning initiatives.
a. Coordination tasks including the following at a minimum:
•    All necessary preproduction activities
•    Schedule recording(s) with department identified local and national experts, classroom activities, education professionals, etc.
•    Obtain appropriate rights and releases and permissions from participants in order to publicly post recordings
•    Obtain rights and permissions to any music, imagery, or student participation that may be included in final recordings
•    Meet with department personnel prior to and following engagements upon department request.
b. Engagement recordings
•    Presentations (virtual and in-person)
•    Interviews (virtual and in-person)
•    Classroom activities
c. Technical work
•    Edit footage as needed per department 
•    File transfer and storage
•    Transfer of all created material to department ownership.
