The vendor is required to provide video production contractor to produce a video to highlight the program’s work.
- Pre-production:
• Schedule an introduction meeting within ten (10) business days after the award of the contact to introduce all key personnel assigned to the project, as well as to discuss department goals and timeline.
• Coordinate with the contract administrator to create a detailed script and storyboard, ensuring that the content aligns with department overall goals and messaging.
- Post-production:
• Notify the contract administrator of dates, times and locations of all editing sessions at least two (2) weeks in advance.
• Provide a rough cut (off-line) to the contract administrator that contains samples of graphics and animations.
• Provide written comments of the initial rough-cut edit for doctrinal and informational accuracy, as well as artistic acceptance, indicating any changes necessary.
• Provide a fine cut (online) to the contract administrator for review, that contains all final graphics/animations, music, narration and imagery.
• Provide a final edit (master) to the contract administrator for review; the contractor should ensure that the master reflects that all previously identified issues have been resolved and that audio sweetening and color correction and grading is accomplished
- Personnel requirements:
• Perform all “video production services” only with personnel who are thoroughly qualified, trained and experience in performing the “video production services”
• Assigned personnel:
o Video and production services personnel: ensure that sufficient personnel are available to perform the assigned “video production services”.
o Direct the “video production services” provided under this contract.
o Be available to review video production specifications, discuss editing, rough cut, fine cut and final edit (master).
o Via telephone during normal business hours (defined as Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Est; and to meet with the department contract administrator upon request by the department contract administrator, at no additional cost.
o Be the primary point of contact for resolving department customer issues and complaints.
