- Establishing a fluid, strategic roadmap for innovative and sustainable short- and long-term enrollment goals, encompassing recruitment, retention, marketing, communications, student success and completion.
- Implementing best practice and future-ready strategies to optimize enrollment management, marketing, and holistic student support systems.
- Integrating actionable data-based goals for all student populations to ensure targeted headcount, full time equivalent (FTE), and net tuition revenue (NTR).
