The Vendor is required to provide content creators to produce compelling visual and narrative materials - including professional photography, videography, interviews, and B roll—that showcase county as a premier location for business investment.
- This initiative will create a library of high-quality images, videos, and storytelling pieces that will communicate the county’s strengths in location, workforce and quality of life; humanize business attraction through authentic stories of local businesses, leaders and community members; and will enhance County’s brand identity and positioning in the competitive site selection and business attraction landscape.
- Content Strategy & Pre-Production
• Collaborate with the county office to define key messages and storylines.
• Identify priority locations, businesses, and individuals to feature.
• Develop a creative plan and production schedule.
- Photography
• Capture high-resolution images of:
o Business and industrial properties.
o Downtown areas, landscapes, and infrastructure.
o Workforce in action, community life, and local amenities.
• Deliver a curated library of edited, rights-cleared photos suitable for print and digital use.
- Videography
• Produce professional video content including:
o Interviews with business owners, community leaders, and stakeholders.
o B-roll footage of properties, downtowns, infrastructure, workforce, and lifestyle amenities.
o Narrative-driven video(s) that tell the story of County as a place to do business.
• Deliver:
o 1 flagship promotional video (3–4 minutes), in segmented approach for individual utilization.
o 3–5 shorter highlight reels (30–60 seconds each) for use on social media, digital ads, and email campaign strategies.
o Raw footage provided for future use, including all B-Roll and unedited videos.
- Editing & Post-Production
• Professional editing, including graphics, music, captions, and voiceover if needed.
• Ensure deliverables align with County’s branding guidelines and messaging.
