The Vendor is required to provide a professional full-service public relations.
- Provide public relations, crisis, and incident management counsel to agency as situations dictate.
- Must have staff available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for emergencies, with a response time of no more than 4 hours.
- Must have experience with all media including, but not limited to, print, broadcast, and digital/internet.
- Required to, from time to time, survey area leaders and stakeholders, to identify a broad spectrum of community opinion, needs of the business community, and opinion of community leaders and elected representatives, to advise agency officials on specific courses of action.
- Required to use established relationships with business and community leaders to facilitate dialogue on improving transit service to residents.
- This is by far the largest area subsidiary and provides primary functions (heavy maintenance, planning, scheduling, accounting, procurement, payroll, marketing, human resources, and other support functions) for the other subsidiaries.
