The vendor is required to provide creative marketing communication services and consultation strategic creative partner to produce a wide variety of marketing and communications collateral on an as-needed and non-exclusive basis.
- All digital communications (websites, microsites, emails, digital advertising, social media posts, and other online content) must also strictly adhere.
- The internal team of marketing and communications professionals who possess capabilities in design, writing, videography, photography, social media, web programming, and more.
- Provide work products that may include, but are not limited to, marketing campaigns or single product planning, creative development, graphic design, copywriting, photography, videography, email marketing, market research, special event support, media placement, and production of print, digital, outdoor, or collateral that supports the marketing objectives, brand and graphic standards defined by the university.
- Provide graphic design, writing, photography, videography, web and digital design, media buying, digital marketing management, and execution of print or digital creative work intended for marketing and communications purposes on an as-needed, non-exclusive basis.
• Creative services including:
o Graphic design and execution of collateral, advertising and marketing assets in print and digital media
o Copywriting and message development
o Commercial photography and videography and audio production including photo editing, multimedia and motion graphics, scriptwriting, directing, filming, art direction and post-production
o Web development related to ad hoc marketing and communications initiatives or campaigns, following guidelines.
o Media research and planning, media placement, media buying and reporting for both traditional and digital marketing
o Social media campaign planning and content development
o Public and media relations support including writing press releases and support for special events
o Direct marketing
o DATA analysis and reporting
o Email marketing including email copywriting and design, deployment and reporting and analytics
o Special event support including print and email invitation design and distribution, microsite creation, social media graphics, event graphics and displays, on-ground day-of-event support and other event-related activities
o Market research including conducting surveys, focus groups, guided discussions and other quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Proven experience handling complex and ongoing marketing and communications initiatives, which could include: recurring publications (magazines, periodicals, etc.); advertising execution and management; content creation, distribution and placement; email and social media campaign execution.
• Distribution expertise, support and tactical execution of marketing outreach efforts including email, social media, content marketing and other methods.
• Project management, pre-production and production oversight.
