The Vendor is required to provide to develop a geotargeting campaign designed to elevate County, visibility among site selectors and business decision-makers considering expansion or relocation.
- Utilizing predeveloped ad creative and deploying it across strategically defined geographic markets, the campaign will deliver consistent, compelling messaging that highlights the county’s advantages—available sites and buildings, skilled workforce, strategic location, and business friendly climate.
- Creative Assets & Messaging
• Deployment of predeveloped ad creatives (static, animated, and/or video formats)
• Message testing for different audience segments (e.g., site selectors, corporate decision-makers, industry-specific audiences)
- Targeting & Placement
• Defined geographic targeting maps (metros/regions with high site selection activity)
• Audience segment definitions (by industry, company size, job role, etc.)
• Ad placement across platforms (Google Display, LinkedIn, trade publication networks, programmatic advertising) that will direct traffic to a dedicated landing page predeveloped by the Office.
- Campaign Management
• Initial campaign setup and launch; including trackable university Codes
• Ongoing optimization (adjusting targeting, creative rotation, bids, and budgets for best performance)
• Regular monitoring for ad visibility, click-through rates, and engagement.
- Reporting & Analytics
• Monthly performance reports with key metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, geographic reach, retargeting efforts)
• Heat maps showing where ads performed best
• Insights and recommendations for refining outreach
• End-of-campaign summary report highlighting ROI and outcomes
