The Vendor is required to provide for a marketing firm to provide services to implement the strategic workforce initiative called mission.
- The authority has become the region's largest provider of shared-services, providing fee-based services to three counties which fosters economies-of-scale and efficiencies saving money for the ratepayers.
- Provide to assist with strategy and management for the mission initiative, assisting with an advertising campaign to include design and media purchasing management in both traditional and social media, assistance with email marketing, and assistance with any needed website work.
- There are two target audiences: (1) the transitioning Soldiers, spouses and veterans, and (2) the companies seeking employees.
- Advertising for both traditional media and social media, to include, but is not limited to: a 12-month purchasing plan, media purchasing management, content design, and creation of 12 monthly social media posts including design of imagery and copywriting. Authority will have a dedicated budget for the purchasing plan of approximately $70,000 annually.
- Email marketing to include, but is not limited to: graphic design and building of 1 monthly email newsletter to clients and businesses, and scheduling/sending of email newsletters in client’s account.
- Website work to include, but is not limited to: updates to content/pages as needed (hourly rate)
