The Vendor is required to provide various marketing and communications services.
- The services is to guide the County in strategic messaging and public outreach, and to provide extensive support for the County’s website and web presence.
- Strategic Communications and Content Marketing
• Coordinate and develop comprehensive campaigns and messaging strategies across all departments and units of the county.
• Produce email newsletters and blog posts, providing all necessary copywriting and graphic/photographic support.
• Develop advertisements for media buys, negotiate placements, and offer creative support.
• Support public-facing opportunities and community events for county.
- Print Collateral Design and Production
• Design and produce a variety of print materials, which may include ads, event invitations, presentations, reports, flyers, posters, brochures, rack cards, trifolds, leaflets, booklets, postcards, infographics, illustrations, bus wraps, banners, signs, billboards, and corporate strategy documents.
- Photography and Video Production
• Capture department-specific lifestyle and marketing photography.
• Conduct periodic headshot photos for all employees.
• Deliver comprehensive video services, including strategizing, design, animation, composites, color correction/grading, sound mixing/design, and revisions.
• Manage video shoots, including equipment rental and usage.
• Utilize existing assets and client-owned footage as necessary.
- Website Support and Digital Services
• Maintain and update the county’s website to support department-specific goals and to improve user experience, to include publishing new content and performing fixes to broken links and pages.
• Utilize google analytics to monitor website performance, conduct audits, track goals, and report ongoing improvements.
• Perform SEO audits, strategic content planning, and ongoing optimization.
• Manage project management and ticket support with civic plus.
• Ensure ongoing ADA compliance and usability improvements.
• Integrate third-party tools as needed to enhance functionality.
• Oversee content publishing timelines and conduct quality checks for relevance and accessibility.
• Ensure website content is user-friendly, optimized, and aligned with industry practices.
- Google Business Listings Management
• Manage and update google business listings for all departments and units.
• Coordinate corrections and updates with it and department leadership.
• Address incorrect listings and coordinate with other search engines as needed.
