Photography Services

The vendor required to provide photographers with demonstrated expertise in architectural photography to capture high-resolution digital images of approximately 91 properties listed herein.
- The resulting images will be used across multiple platforms, including the organization’s website, marketing collateral, social media and other digital and print materials.
- Photographic requirements
•    Minimum of five (5) professionally captured, high-resolution photographs per property.
•    Photographs must include:
•    Exterior architectural shots highlighting facades, entrances and site context.
•    Interior shots of common areas, model or sample units (if accessible and approved by opportunity home) and community amenities.
•    All photographs must be professionally edited for color balance, exposure, cropping and removal of minor imperfections.
•    Maintain a consistent visual style and quality across all properties to support cohesive branding and presentation.
•    All images must be suitable for use in digital and print media, including websites, brochures, annual reports and presentations.
- Image specifications
•    Final images must be delivered in high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) in jpeg or tiff files.
•    Files must be clearly labeled by property name and location.
•    Images must be delivered electronically via a secure file transfer system or approved shared drive.
- Post-production
•    Color correction and tonal balancing
•    Exposure and contrast adjustments
•    Cropping and straightening
•    Removal of dust spots or minor imperfections.
- Licensing and ownership
•    Opportunity home shall receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license for all final images.
•    The license shall grant opportunity home unrestricted rights to use, reproduce and publish the images in any medium for promotional, marketing or communication purposes.
•    The photographer shall retain authorship credit where appropriate but shall not restrict opportunity home’s use or distribution of the images.
