The vendor required to provide trade and asset management services to support and supplement the agency maintenance, property and capital planning and project management programs.
- Appraisal services
•    Review property blueprints and mechanical drawings, if applicable
•    Review the legal description of the property
•    Check building codes and zoning bylaws relevant to area of the property
•    Analyze current real estate market trends
•    Consider current general real estate values
•    Inspect the condition of the property
•    Research public records and court documents
•    Estimate value of property based on such factors as sales comparisons and cost of replacement
•    Prepare appraisal report and submit to appropriate parties

•    Plan and specification review;
•    Inspection for code compliance
•    Inspection for resolution of technical issues

•    Technical status evaluations

- Carpentry services
•    Installing new or replacing existing:
o    Framework
o    Interior and exterior finishes
o    Cabinetry and mill-work

•    Building, refinishing or repairing custom cabinetry or furniture
•    Assembling and installing furnishings
•    Supplying and installing signage and miscellaneous specialties

•    Installing new or replacing existing:

•    Preparing sub floor services
- Electrical services
•    Reading blueprints or technical diagrams
•    Installing and maintaining wiring, controls, voice, data safety, security and lighting systems
•    Inspecting electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers
•    Identifying electrical problems with a variety of testing devices
•    Repairing or replacing wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
•    Following local building regulations based on the national electric code
•    Directing and training workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment
•    Supply and install new fire alarm panels, repairs to existing and having the system verified.
•    Inspecting, installing and maintaining cctv and key scan systems.
- Heating services
•    A comprehensive knowledge of the various types of boilers, burners, heating systems, controls and equipment, fuel storage and supply systems and heating water treatment; 
•    The ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics and boiler code specifications and diagrams for installation and repair of building systems and equipment; 
•    A working knowledge of building systems, including mechanical and electrical systems; 
•    A knowledge of applicable regulatory, building, and trades guidelines and codes; 
•    The ability to work with a computer and other electronic and analog diagnostic devices as 
•    Programming and troubleshooting tools; 
•    Repairs, refurbishment or replacement heating equipment
- Ventilation services
•    Diagnosing problems and failures with ventilation systems
•    Inspecting and repairing or installing supply and exhaust fans or ducting
•    Balancing ventilation systems
•    Conducting routine maintenance and repair of heating ventilation systems and components
•    Duct cleaning
•    Insulating of duct work
- Security services
•    Supporting the development and implementation of security protocols for specific call-ups
•    Providing trained and experienced security personnel to provide 24 hour per day, 7 day per week security services as and when required.
•    Maintaining log books and security registers.
•    Providing perimeter inspections.
•    Control human and vehicular traffic
•    Walk through and inspect the integrity and security of windows and doors
•    Observe the arrival and departure of visitors to the premises
•    Ensuring that visitors sign the visitors' book.
•    Ensuring that appropriate behavior is displayed at all time
•    Assisting staff when threatened

•    Maintenance and repairs to fire protection system components.
•    Relocation of fire protection system components as part of renovations.
•    Provide fire protection system preventive maintenance services.
•    Test, inspect and certify fire protection system components.
