Marketing Design and Web Management Services

The vendor required to provide marketing and design services for the electric and public works and utility services department of the city.
- Energy efficiency marketing and brand management services
•    Provide strategic marketing and brand management direction focused on community outreach efforts and overall communication goals. 
•    Develop new brand assets as needed that are consistent and cohesive with the existing division brand standards. 
•    Monitor annual trends and provide ongoing analysis of consumer attitudes and behavior as it pertains to the division and their customers. 
•    Develop advertising assets and creative campaigns for all new and existing programs and initiatives. 
•    Develop presentation materials for both in-house and external presentations. 
•    Develop all graphic content for social media. 
•    Manage graphic asset and production file library 
•    Schedule, facilitate and attend all monthly marketing planning meetings.

- Water, water conservation and wastewater marketing and brand management services
•    Provide strategic marketing and brand management direction focused on community outreach efforts and overall communication goals. 
•    Develop new brand assets as needed that are consistent and cohesive with the existing water utilities (“utility”) brand standards. 
•    Monitor annual trends and provide ongoing analysis of consumer attitudes and behavior as it pertains to the utility and its customers. 
•    Develop advertising assets and creative campaigns for all new and existing programs and initiatives. 
•    Develop presentation materials for both in-house and external presentations. 
•    Develop all graphic content for social media.

•    Monthly and yearly updates to mandatory data reporting or tabular information 
•    Bi-weekly updates to planning commission agenda materials, public notices and building permit activity reports. 
•    Temporary, seasonal, or urgent community messaging on the homepage 
•    Each divisional information as needed
•    Create any necessary or additional online applications or forms (limited to 5 total, one page maximum for the year)
•    Troubleshoot any technical issues on the front end of the site
•    Post any requested promotional or educational video to website for each division.
