Strategic Planning Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide strategic planning consultants with demonstrated experience working with local government or municipal organizations.
- The strategic plan will provide a framework for policy and financial decision-making, guide alignment between City Council priorities and departmental objectives, and establish measurable goals and accountability tools to track progress.
- The resulting plan will serve as both a strategic vision and operational guide, ensuring that city future policies, investments, and services align with its mission, vision, and values.
