Contracted Surgical Facilities Strategic Plan Services

The vendor required to provide contracted surgical facilities (CSF) strategic plan which will potentially compete and reset the CSF provider landscape, ensuring a competitive environment for contract awards and accountability for volumes which are allocated to CSF providers.
- The following modalities are being looked at for current and potential expanded volumes:
•    Bariatric surgery
•    Dental surgery
•    Dermatology
•    General surgery
•    Gynecology
•    Plastic surgery
•    Podiatry
•    Otolaryngology
•    Ophthalmology
•    Oral and maxillofacial (“OMF”)
•    Orthopedic (arthroplasty)
•    Orthopedic (non-arthroplasty)
•    Any other(s) that respondents can do
- CSF modality summary
•    Experience with publicly funded healthcare delivery across surgical modalities;
•    Current surgical service offerings and operational capabilities, appetite to expand;
•    Geographic coverage and scalability within and across modalities;
•    Time to service for any desired expansions to, or net new services envisioned;
•    Accreditation framework and medical device reprocessing capacity;
•    Potential barriers or enablers to participation in expanded contracting models.
