Local Channel Production Competition Services

The Vendor is required to provide a full range of production services including producing, filming, and editing for the delivery of community-based programming from across state.
- The community programming on maxTV Local is available to subscribers for free as Video on Demand (VOD), offering 24-hour 7-day a week access with no geographical restrictions.
- The successful production house must have proven experience with High Definition (HD) digital production along with the ability and dedicated resources to manage a project through its various creative and technical stages within the available time and budget allocations.
- Professional experience in:
•    The ability to produce, shoot and edit the overall production of a variety of local content related programming
•    Delivering high volume broadcast-quality video production meeting strict deadlines
•    The ability to staff and produce up to two HD mobile productions, as well as other productions throughout the province on the same day
•    Delivering programming in defined mezzanine file format, with the ability to adapt to future changes in specifications
•    Delivering programming with embedded closed captioning
•    Producing frequent live broadcasts
•    The ability to film featured subjects on location across state
•    Working directly with members of the public, utilizing their input as to the direction and story to be told when creating community programming.
