Real Estate Brokerage and Marketing Services

The Vendor is required to provide real estate brokers and/or professional marketing firms to secure a long-term lease for a town owned building, the former location of the state.
- Provide to market the property for a long-term lease to a tenant/tenants with experience in repurposing public buildings and bringing new life to an existing building in a commercial / residential setting.
- The primary goal of this long-term lease proposal/development will be to re-activate the site and create uses on the site that fit in well with the local context and downtown beach area location.
