Marketing Research and Survey Data Collection Services

The vendor is required to provide survey data collection services for a multi-wave panel study of political independents and immigrants in state.
- Sampling frame and recruitment
•    Describe the proposed approach to recruit adult residents of state who are either political independents or immigrants.
•    Outline expected proportions by group (target roughly 50% independents / 50% immigrants).
•    Detail recruitment sources, verification or screening procedures, and consent processes.
- AI and automation policy statement
•    Provide a concise description of the firm’s internal policy on the use of AI or automated tools in survey design, fielding, translation, and cleaning, including human oversight and audit procedures.
- The research team will conduct in-survey validation, including keystroke and other behavioural data captured within qualtrics. Vendors must confirm acceptance of this in-survey data collection and agree not to invoice for completes subsequently confirmed as AI-generated or otherwise ineligible.
- Metadata available from the vendor’s panel platform, such as invitation timestamps, device type, or panel status indicators (if available and standard).
- Panel disposition files for each wave, including unique respondent identifiers, invitation counts, completion status, and removal of known fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
