Multimedia Services

The Vendor is required to provide multimedia production services including digital video, internet content, multimedia production, and associated personnel.
- Develop multimedia educational and training products on an “as needed” basis including planning, production, editing, and publishing of web lessons, videos, educational videos, and virtual live classes for the program.
- Develop digital videos and multimedia content designed for online viewing. This requirement also encompasses the production of program segments, audio recordings, captioning, format conversions, special effects, titling, code reprogramming, metadata, and any other related multimedia support services as requested by commission.
- Create e-learning materials and training courses.
- Manage events which include, but is not limited to, talent acquisition, develop event programs, and create event materials.
- Work within the budget that is outlined in each Work Order and manage accurate campaign budget accounting and invoices.

- Media Production Supplies
o    Provide all necessary media production supplies and equipment as determined by each Work Order issued for video shoots and other media productions, which include but are not limited to the following:
•    Backdrops;
•    Costumes;
•    Lights; and
•    Banners.
