The Vendor is required to provide consulting services to refresh its district-wide strategic communications plan to guide communications strategy and implementation for the next three to five years.
- This project will refresh the Strategic Communications Plan, focusing on adaptive communications strategies that strengthen the District’s ability to respond to a shifting communications landscape and evolving external conditions, and support a growing organization.
- The assessment will include, but not be limited to review of:
• The District’s mission, vision, strategic plan, operational growth model and current survey data
• Current projects, communication efforts and collateral including Public Affairs driven initiatives, key resources and trainings
• A total of seven interviews with key Public Affairs staff, including the Government Affairs Program Manager. Each interview is expected to last approximately one hour.
• Three to five interviews with select management, staff and three to five interviews with external partners for a total of approximately six to ten interviews. Each interview is expected to last approximately one hour.
• Comparison Analysis of messaging, strategies and approaches used by peer agencies and similar organizations
