Photography and Videography Services

The vendor required to provide photography and videography services company (photographer) to photograph and record the attendees, events, programs and venues (collectively, services) for one or more live event organized, hosted, and sponsored by agency (each, an event).
- Requirement:
1. Logistics and planning
•    The consultant will meet with clients as needed to determine scope of work, applicable event details, schedule and other logistics information, and more.
2. Equipment and supplies
•    The client is responsible for bringing their own professional grade equipment, microphones, lighting, and other items as needed.
3. Desired deliverables
•    The agency will receive all raw image files and edited photos of each photograph.
•    Full resolution digital images are to be uploaded to drop box and google drive with full usage rights and ownership within seven (7) calendar days of the conclusion of the event.
•    Edited videos of interviews and event montage are to be provided to agency will full usage rights and ownerships within fourteen (14) days of the conclusion of the event.
•    At least one (1) 60-second evergreen recap video for websites, at least three (3) cuts of social media reels as applicable.
- Budget: The consultant shall be paid a total stipend of $7,500, or $2,500 per event.
