- This camp includes the operation of a modern small-scape sugar bush (maple syrup production), a traditional sugar bush operation, and various activities like traditional tool making and maple sugar production.
- Videos for use by agency in perpetuity:
• 8 minute (minimum) video that details the agency Sugar Bush Camp as a whole
• Three to five 1-2 minute video shorts that can cover specific aspects of the agency Sugar Bush Camp (tool making, storytelling, modern sugar bush, tapping trees, etc.) that are suited for use on social media.
• Videographer attendance at least 2 days of agency Sugar Bush Camp and 2 sessions of other related sugar bush events/activities that could include tapping ceremony, birch bark harvest or a feast at the end of the sugar bush season titled” feasting of the maple trees”.
• Ability to work in adverse weather (rain, snow, cold weather). Field activity will be halted for severe weather (lightning, thunder, high wind events).
