The Vendor is required to provide for online marketing services
- Provide to use a variety of techniques, which could include, but is not limited to, behavioral targeting, contextual targeting, retargeting, in-app ads, geo-fencing, pre-roll, social mirroring, native ads, over-the-top (OTT), branded content, search marketing, audio and video search, to reach two groups of prospective students who live within 100 miles of Corning: 1) prospective students between the ages of 16 and 24 and their parents/counselors/coaches and other influencers (including areas of Pennsylvania, north of I80); 2) Prospective students who are between the ages of 25- 55 without a college degree who are looking to earn a college degree to change/improve careers.
- Previous examples of past campaigns that convey the direction the creative should take. Samples from other clients can be submitted to show the conceptual direction they have taken.
- Budget associated with recommended tactics.
- Number of anticipated impressions, clicks, and click-through rate, student enrollment projections per semester.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
