Media Services

The vendor required to provide media services as-needed.
- Multimedia services will be requested on an as-needed basis throughout the contract period for project management and implementation, and creative development in creation of short educational video projects in support of county initiatives and departmental needs
- Services include the development of 2–3-minute videos that may require animation, drone footage, in-field videography, voice overs, translation services, and other aspects of media development.
- General video creation
•    Provide all equipment, materials, editing software, etc. needed for design, recording, editing and production of county video projects 
•    Contractor shall coordinate with county department representatives to assist in development of content, conduct video-shoots, and edit playbacks 
•    Contractor shall work with county department representatives to review raw cuts, develop sequence video clips, and identify gaps in footage for additional filming 
•    Provide final digital file and edited version to county department representative. 
•    All edited copies are of professional grade and quality with attention to detail on all video, graphic, and sound elements.
