Young Family and Professional Attraction Campaign Services

The Vendor is required to provide retaining a creative, full-service marketing agency to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that will aid in the attraction of young families and professionals to our community.
- The main element of this assignment is the creation of a long-form promotional video that can be made into short snippets and supported by digital and print advertising.
- Creative: Produce short and long-form videos, digital and print ads, general community b-roll/still photography as well as supporting campaign content and messaging to use on our dedicated city of chandler social media platforms. The city will provide campaign landing pages and any existing b-roll, edited videos, photos, iconography and graphic elements suitable for use in the campaign.
- Media Ad Buy: Develop and implement a diversified ad buy that will reach the intended campaign target audience in select geographic markets within and outside of state.
- Responsible for campaign implementation, management, and reporting.
- Research/Strategy: Work with city staff to develop a multi-channel marketing strategy and key performance indicators (KPI) to assess exposure to targeted young families and professionals.
