Digital Content Development Services

The Vendor is required to provide to develop and deliver immersive digital content for two large-scale, custom-designed, architecturally integrated, immersive features (ceiling-hung) and two smaller, interactive led pools (floor-mounted), collectively referred to as media features, for  Airside D.
- The Media Features will incorporate high-resolution LED displays in a unique configuration, designed to enhance the guest experience and express the region.
- The digital Content program developed for the Media Features will serve as an expression of the region's multiple dimensions and rich history.
- Natural elements can generate automatic stress relief and the Authority anticipates that this will be further considered to enhance the traveler experience and encourage positive person-to-person engagement among travelers, employees, tenants, and guests.
- The digital Content created should include a minimum of 60 minutes of final production Content, not including transitions that meet the expectations of Authority’s vision and incorporate a creative and innovative perspective from the creator's experience.
- The digital Content created should include immersive features, such as live-action video, drone-based aerial approaches, and numerous three-dimensional (3D) and four-dimensional (4D) anamorphic content, creating the illusion of off-screen and screen-to-screen digital Content on Media Features. 
- These features should be capable of being viewed as a single large feature or as separate features. The floor-mounted Media Features will be interactive.

- Content Transport and Migration
•    Transport and migrate all production Content as required by the Contract
- Media Server Development
•    Develop Media server and Software requirements
•    Assist Authority with the setup of the servers and ensure that airport security software requirements are in place and Content Distribution System (CDS) software functions correctly with the content
- Integration and Calibration
•    Technical assessment and recommendations for integration
•    Content formatting for compatibility
•    Testing and quality assurance of Content delivery
•    Final calibration in the Media Features
•    On-site rendering, as needed
•    Supply on-site rendering infrastructure and equipment requirements to Airport
- Budget: $5,000,000
