Real Estate Marketing and Brokerage Services

The Vendor is required to provide hiring a real estate firm experienced in residential real estate to provide marketing and brokerage services for properties owned by the city, including vacant buildings and vacant lots located throughout the city.
- Services
•    Prepare / stage properties to sell – Provide the City advice on low-cost items that would maximize the sale price of the properties. Specific properties will be identified throughout the contract period.
•    Provide professional listing photos.
•    Price the properties – Prepare a comparative market analysis to review comparable properties nearby that are currently on the market, pending, or have recently sold.
•    Market the properties – Outline the approach around marketing, including signage, flyers, lockbox, multiple listing service, real estate search sites, etc.
•    Closing the Deal – Review purchase offers and assist the City in negotiating the best deal.
