- Services may include, but are not limited to, strategic pre-bond planning support, development of bond-related messaging, community and stakeholder engagement, preparation of public information materials, and communications support for board and community outreach.
- General
• Professional public relations, communications, and engagement services related to pre-bond planning and potential bond program(s).
• Provide comprehensive pre-bond planning and communication services and will work directly with the owner representative, district leadership, board of trustees, financial and bond advisors, legal counsel, and other consultants as required.
• Support strategic planning, messaging, stakeholder engagement, and public information efforts and shall report to the owner representative.
• Provide a dedicated communications team with appropriate administrative and technical support throughout the duration of the engagement.
- Pre-bond planning and initiation phase
• Provide strategic communications and public relations consultation to the district, board of trustees, administration, staff, and advisory committees related to facilities planning, bond program development, and community engagement; facilitate meetings as requested; and assist in shaping clear, consistent messaging regarding facility improvement needs.
• Work with owner administration and financial and bond advisors, as requested, to translate planning data, analyses, and financial concepts into clear, accurate, and accessible public-facing information.
• Provide consultation related to existing site analyses and potential new site considerations, including development of public-facing narratives and explanatory materials.
• Provide consultation related to funding strategies and potential facility bond program structures, with emphasis on clarity, transparency, and public understanding.
• Assist with project and program cash flow information for communication purposes; prepare exhibits, graphics, infographics, and presentation materials suitable for public consumption.
