Strategic Plan Services

The vendor required to provide for the development of a comprehensive strategic plan aimed at enhancing the physician workforce within the state.
- Requirement:
•    Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the past work of office. 
•    Evaluate existing workforce initiatives and their effectiveness in addressing physician shortages, especially in rural and underserved areas. 
•    Identify and analyze factors contributing to physician retention and recruitment in state.
•    Engage stakeholders, including healthcare providers, educational institutions, and community organizations, through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather input on workforce needs. 
•    Develop data-driven recommendations and strategic initiatives that prioritize access to care and workforce sustainability. 
•    Create a detailed implementation plan including goals, timelines, resource allocation, and methods for monitoring and evaluation. 
•    Provide a final written strategic plan report that summarizes findings, recommendations, and frameworks for evaluation and reporting progress. 
•    Provide follow-up support for strategic plan implementation.
