The Vendor is required to provide production management personnel, audio system(s), outdoor event screens and associated staff to operate systems to support the town.
- The Town seeks to contract with a vendor to provide production management services and expertise to ensure enjoyment of the events and activities through audio/visual experience using equipment and services to broadcast the reenactment to the larger crowd in the vicinity of the battle green and livestream online to those who may not be able to directly view the event.
- A complete script and run-of-show will be provided to the selected vendor for pre-planning.
- Both video and sound must be provided at the following locations
- 2 podium/lectern microphones for narration and remarks from a stage. An ‘Off-Stage Announcement’ microphone for use in production announcements etc. Lavalier Microphones for 12 actors on the battle green during the reenactment.
- All microphone audio to be shared with designated media areas via mult-boxes.
- Production services and Camera system for producing video event and streaming reenactment and events to exterior video screens and on-line.
- While the Town has identified potential camera locations, the final locations will be selected in coordination with the selected production team.
- Sound system must remain in place all day in order to accommodate announcements for other events (road race, parade, etc.) Loadout can commence following the conclusion of the parade around 4:00pm that evening.
