Strategic Planning Facilitation Services

The vendor required to provide facilitate strategic planning workshops to support the development of a five-year strategic plan for the town.
- Objectives
•    Design and facilitate strategic planning workshops with town council, and the senior leadership team to identity a new vision, mission, values, strategic priorities, and high-level outcomes. 
•    Research, collect and integrate findings and input from town council and the senior leadership team. 
•    Facilitate, direct, and guide council towards feasible and logical outcomes. 
•    Produce a summary of workshop findings and outcomes.
- Requirement:
1. Project initiation and planning: 
•    Kick-off meeting to confirm scope, roles, timelines, and logistics. Review key existing and background documentation. 
2. Pre-workshop engagement and research: 
•    Recommended methods to gather input and the tools and materials used to collect input.
3. Workshop design: 
•    Creation of agendas, facilitation process, and participant materials for two workshops and recommended workshop length required to complete the objectives. 
•    Clear description of tools and techniques that will be employed to develop consensus and promote inclusive participation.
4. Workshop facilitation: 
•    On-site experienced facilitation of the sessions with council and the senior leadership team to ensure productive discussion aligned with priorities, outcomes, and measures of success.
