Live Production Services

The Vendor is required to provide professional services related to the Live Production Services.
- Provide for various Event Production Services from vendors, which includes full or partial production packages complete including staging, lights, audio, backline, various crews and miscellaneous services.
- Provide experience in a variety of production services.
- Provide a technical coordinator assigned as a liaison between the vendor and City to manage all production components.
- Provide fully staffed crews as needed during set-up, performance, and strike; directed by the technical coordinator in concert with the city’s Events Technical Manager.
- All equipment must be clean and in good operable condition at time of delivery and setup.
- 24-hour response to request for replacement or service/repairs to equipment is required in the case of any equipment malfunction.
- Provide all necessary liability and contractor’s insurance, licenses, and permits in advance of any event. If any permit fees are applicable, City permit fees will be waived. (examples include an obstruction permit for a city street, etc.)
- Highlight all of their specific expertise with the services:
•    Staging for Live Productions
•    Audio & Lighting for Live Productions
•    Backline for Live Productions
•    Booking of crew for Live Productions
- The sound system shall be a motor/chain hoist lifted, or “dead hung” stereo 3 or 4 way line source with subwoofers on the ground. The system shall have a frequency response of 35- 17,000hz within the coverage angles of the irregular site, from down stage center to 95 dB at 150’.
- Main Street Stage
•    Stage Package (or comparable)
o    Stage Line – SL75 (20’x16’) or equivalent
o    Full load-bearing roof capable of flying speakers
o    Fire-retardant wind wall installed, tongue up
o    Assembled must meet all manufacturer specifications
o    Stage height - 31-34” at center front of stage. Can be 12” of ground elevation change across the assembly location.
