Media Monitoring Services

The Vendor is required to provide a web-based media monitoring solution.
- Requirement:
•    Media monitoring for at least 10 unique users, including the ability to measure news coverage real-time as well as over a designated timespan, including the ability to store clips in a permanent electronic archive.
•    Full and included access to premium subscription content from major national publications such as NY times, state post, wall street journal, and others.                                            
•    Access to a comprehensive media database that includes regularly updated contact information of local, regional, and national media.
•    Robust reporting and qualitative and quantitative real-time analysis capability for digital and traditional print media, including:
o    The ability to compile data in printable easy-to-read and easily customizable reporting formats
o    Supporting the export of data into other tools such as pdf, excel and PowerPoint for effective analysis.
•    A daily news clip service, provided to university as an easy-to-read report that can easily be distributed via email to internal constituents across the university system.
•    The ability to distribute press releases from a university email address to internal and external stakeholders, as well as the ability to build and store multiple lists of subscribers depending on the release. 
•    Guaranteed delivery to valid email addresses.
•    Timely production and delivery of quarterly reports measuring the quality of university media engagement to include assessment based on factors such as influence of the publications covering university, prominence of university keywords within the coverage and sentiment or tonality of the coverage. 
•    These reports should track and deliver a media quality score that can be compared quarter over quarter. 
•    Production of an annual report would also be desired, though not required.
•    Ongoing training on the platform throughout the life of the agreement. 
•    This training should include at least one in-person training, if university believes necessary, as well as ongoing, virtual online options as needed.
