The Vendor is required to provide public works for include:
• Supply energy efficient replace roof top (RTU’s) to replace the three (3) units
• Supply energy efficient make-up air units (MUA’s) to replace the four (4) units
• Supply and replace the eight (8) wall mount exhaust fans

• All engineering required to complete the deliverables
• Preparation of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation stamped and sealed by a professional engineer licensed in the state
• Obtaining all required permits, approvals, and inspections from applicable authorities having jurisdiction
• Ensuring full compliance with all applicable codes, standards, bylaws, and regulations
• Coordination with town staff, utilities, authorities having jurisdiction, and other stakeholders
• Testing, commissioning, and verification that the deliverables are fully operational and meet performance requirements
• A minimum one (1) year warranty on all labor, commencing from the date of substantial performance or final acceptance by the town, whichever is later.
• All equipment, materials, and systems shall be covered by the full manufacturer’s standard warranty, at no less than one (1) year, unless a longer period is offered by the manufacturer.
• If the supplier is unable to meet the minimum warranty requirements outlined above, the supplier must clearly identify and explain each exception in their proposal, including the reason the minimum warranty cannot be met and any alternative warranty coverage being proposed.
• Failure to clearly disclose warranty exceptions may result in the proposal being deemed non‑compliant or negatively impact evaluation.
