- Provide to implement a district-wide, unified sports technology solution that enhances coaching effectiveness, supports student-athlete development, improves recruitment visibility, streamlines video exchange, and strengthens communication among coaches, athletes, families, and administrators.
- The goals of this contract include:
• Establishing a standardized video capture, analysis, and performance review system across all secondary interscholastic athletic programs.
• Providing student-athletes with equitable access to tools that support skill development and college recruitment opportunities.
• Increasing operational efficiency by consolidating film exchange, scouting, breakdown, and performance analytics into one integrated platform.
• Supporting coach professional development through data-informed instruction and feedback.
• Enhancing district oversight and program evaluation through accessible team and performance metrics.
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy laws and district technology standards.
- Providing scalable, secure, and user-friendly technology that supports high school and middle school athletic programming across multiple sports and competition levels.
- Envisions a fully implemented, district-wide athletic performance platform that:
• Provides all designated athletic programs with access to high-quality video capture, upload, breakdown, and analysis tools for multiple sports, which may include but not limited to football, basketball, flag football, soccer, volleyball, and lacrosse.
• Allows coaches to tag plays, analyze performance trends, and provide individualized feedback efficiently.
• Enables student-athletes to access film, create highlights, and share content with collegiate recruiters.
• Integrates scouting exchange with sectional and state associations where applicable.
• Offers mobile and web-based access for coaches and athletes.
• Includes professional development resources and onboarding support for staff.
• Provides district-level administrative access for oversight, reporting, and usage monitoring.
• Ensures compliance with FERPA, COPPA, and applicable Department data privacy regulations.
• Operates as a secure, cloud-based platform with reliable technical support and ongoing product updates.
- Video Capture and Live Streaming
• Provide equipment and/or systems capable of capturing and uploading athletic contests for multiple sports, which may include but are not limited to football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, and lacrosse
• Support live-streaming of games and events to approved audiences
• Support on-demand playback and archival access to recorded events
• Operate effectively in a variety of indoor and outdoor athletic venues
- Coaching and Performance Analysis
• Provide tools that allow coaches and staff to review, analyze, and annotate game or practice video
• Support breakdown of video by play, segment, or event
• Allow secure sharing of video clips with authorized users, including coaches and athletes
- Athlete Development and Exposure Tools
• Provide tools that enable athletes and coaches to compile and share highlight or performance clips
• Support athlete profile creation and video organization
• Any recruiting-related functionality must be limited to facilitating video access and sharing; vendors
• shall not engage in direct recruiting, representation, or placement of students
- Software and Platform Requirements
• Web-based or cloud-hosted access
• Role-based access controls for administrators, coaches, students, and families
• Mobile (iOS and Android) and desktop accessibility
• Secure storage and management of video content
• Role-based user permissions (district admin, athletic director, coach, athlete)

3. Network & Connectivity
• Coordinate with District IM&T staff
• Ensure bandwidth optimization for streaming
• Provide recommendations for upgrades if required
4. Testing & Commissioning
• Full system testing prior to acceptance

• Verification of video quality, angles, and reliability
5. Documentation
• Provide as-built diagrams and system documentation
