Concert Production Services

The Vendor is required to provide concert production services for include:
- Entertainment
•    Scout, secure, contract, manage, and compensate the performing artist
•    Submit all artist options to the county for approval prior to booking
•    Provide fully executed artist agreements upon booking
•    Ensure artists meet professional standards consistent with prior fair performances
•    Fulfill all hospitality and backline requirements per artist riders
•    Cover all expenses including:
o    Artist fees
o    Travel and lodging
o    Hospitality
o    Backline
o    Coordinate with production teams to advance all technical and hospitality riders.
- Production management
1. Provide all necessary production personnel, including:
•    Production manager
•    Stage manager
•    Audio engineer
•    Lighting designer and technician
•    Systems technician
2. Mobile stage technician
•    Electrical support personnel
3. If the artist tour provides personnel, proposer must still supply:
•    House production manager
•    Supporting audio and lighting personnel as needed
4. Oversee all production activities, including:
•    Load-in and load-out
•    Equipment operation
•    Onsite coordination
- Stage
1. Stage requirements:
•    Minimum size: 32’ x 23’8” (floor)
•    Equivalent to apex 3224 or similar
•    Must meet or exceed sl100 quality standards
•    Adjustable height and fully covered roof system
•    Must meet all safety standards and touring requirements
2. Schedule:
•    Delivery: no earlier than august 14, 2026
•    Setup: between 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on august 15
•    Load-out: immediately following the concert
3. Placement:
•    Final stage placement to be approved onsite by the county
•    Typically located in the southwest corner of the rodeo arena
- Audio and lighting
1. Audio:
•    FOH and monitor consoles
•    Pa system (tops, subs, front fills, side fills)
•    Stage monitors and IEM systems
•    Microphones (wired and wireless), di boxes
•    Splitters, amplifiers, receivers, antennas
•    Stage boxes, cabling (XLR, cat5, etc.)
2. Lighting:
•    Professional lighting fixtures
•    Lighting console
•    Trussing and rigging
•    DMX cabling
•    Safety cabling, sandbags, cable ramps
3. Power and distribution:
•    Power distribution systems (distros, cabling, connections).
