The Vendor is required to provide marketing and advertising services to the university that use and feature the names, images, and likenesses ("NILS") of student-athletes ("services").
- Provide the following marketing services to the university, working closely with the athletic department and the student-athletes:
• Design and execute sports marketing campaigns featuring student- athletes to promote the sale of tickets to games.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns featuring student-athletes to raise awareness of scholarship fund campaigns and fundraising efforts.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns featuring student-athletes to increase engagement between the university, the athletic department, and the community.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns (including social media campaigns) featuring student-athletes to promote the university as a whole.
• Initiate, manage, and implement paid marketing communications that feature student-athletes to tell the university's story.
• Coordinate multichannel marketing campaigns that feature student-athletes for marketing of the university and its programs only.
• Negotiate agreements with student-athletes and their representatives to use their NILS in connection with the marketing campaigns described above.
