Transit Technology Review and Strategic Plan Services

The Vendor is required to provide consulting services for the development and preparation of a comprehensive transit technology review and strategic plan that will guide investments into technology hardware and software, operations, efficiencies and policy decisions over a 5-year planning horizon.
- Publication and media communications
• The consultant will not, without the prior written consent of the city, make or publish any remark, comment, statement, whether written or verbal, regarding this agreement or the services, including on any business or personal social media account or in response to public or media inquiries.
- Status of consultant
• The consultant is an independent contractor of the city.
• Nothing in this agreement is intended or shall be deemed to constitute a partnership, agency, employer-employee or joint venture relationship between the parties.
