The Vendor is required to provide marketing campaign effectiveness study 2026-2028 services to design, conduct, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of its paid country advertising campaigns, including detailed measurements of advertising awareness, travel influence, visitor spending, and economic and tax return on investment (ROI).
- All services shall be completed in a satisfactory and proper manner as determined by the authority, and shall include, but not be limited to, the following project management, research, and professional services.
- Annual final travel conversion and ROI
• Introduction and screener;
• Travel attitude and trending information;
• Level of past travel to state and key competitors;
• Influenced trip and visitation
• Influenced visitor spending
• Influenced tax revenue generation
• Return on investment based on influenced spending
• Advertising spend on advertising spend and visitor spend
• Specifics of travel including timing of trip, duration of trip, and travel party size;
• Likelihood to return;
• Willingness to recommend;
• Trips planned to occur after the study period;
• Exposure to ads to determine awareness;
• Specifics of social media usage for travel planning; and
• Demographic and classification information.
