- This study is to assess the potential for a successful campaign, identify key strategies, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Advancement services: (financial services & records, information systems and business analysis and training, prospect management and research, and HR)
- Major giving: for colleges biological sciences, school of business & economics, engineering, computational, mathematical & physical sciences, arts, social & applied human sciences, athletics and student affairs

- Engagement services: (events, digital experience, communications & donor experience, stewardship) - Conduct interviews with key stakeholders, including university leadership, faculty, select alumni affairs & development staff, alumni, and current and potential donors testing campaign case for support, campaign messaging and name.
- Analyze and assess the university's current donor and prospect pipeline.
- Identify potential volunteers for membership in campaign cabinet.
- Assess the external fundraising environment, including economic conditions and philanthropic trends.
- Deliver preliminary findings and report outline.
- Develop a comprehensive report outlining findings, strategies, and recommendations.
- Deliver final report and executive summary and present to the university's leadership team.
