Non Residential Market Analysis Services

The Vendor is required to provide a combined non-residential market analysis for the municipality.
- This report will document the current industrial, office, and retail (non-residential) real estate inventory within the municipality.
- Provide regional profiles for any distinct market areas within agency. 
- This should include current non-residential inventory, vacancy, building quality, and employment and industry classification of businesses.
- Provide a current snapshot of key demographic data of the two regions and context of how they fit within the larger market.
- Provide an allocation of the future demand across the regions in a manner that is consistent with the strategic and land use planning documents but also considers new growth areas as well as those areas that are likely to either infill or see intensification.
- Provide land use policy considerations for the regions based on the analysis and demand allocation.
