Electrical Study and Management Services

The vendor is required to provide electrical study and management services for include:
•    Power mapping
o    Identify all 120v and higher circuits within the facility.
o    Label all visible receptacles, switches, and electrical equipment.
o    Provide updates for any inaccessible devices when access is granted.
•    Automatic device labelling
o    Supply and affix compliant labels to all accessible 120v and higher devices, including outlets, receptacles, and key electrical equipment.
•    Circuit directory generation
o    Create up-to-date panel directories for all electrical panels.
o    Provide QR codes linked to directories for digital access.
•    Smart electrical management system
o    Provide digital access via an app to view, search, and edit the electrical system database.
o    Enable label and panel schedule updates to maintain compliance.
•    Safety audit portfolio (sap)
o    Deliver data-driven insights into the health of the electrical system.
o    Provide an electrical safety report with deficiencies, risks, and recommendations.
•    Electrical panel legend and floor plan integration
o    Integrate electrical panels into facility floor plans.
o    Provide downloadable panel legends via digital software.
•    Archived panel directories
o    Securely archive all circuit directory records for compliance and troubleshooting.
•    “As-built” single line diagram (SLD)
o    Create accurate SLD drawings of the facility’s electrical system, updated after renovations or retrofits.
•    Load analysis
o    Provide detailed load distribution reports for each panel.
o    Highlight anomalies and identify metering and sub-metering points.
•    Arc flash assessment
o    Deliver an “as-built” electrical system diagram for arc flash compliance.
o    Provide equipment inventory, study reviews, and low-voltage service details.
