- This initiative aims to develop thorough profiles for key growth and target audiences across the organization.
- Validate the structure, composition, and underlying assumptions of our multi-level audience framework. And, if needed, provide an alternative recommendation to structure.
- Initial journey-style mapping of segments against specific marketing goals related to consumer or business life stage. Goals would be aligned to product priorities, such as investments, mortgages, etc.
- The long-term objective is to align desired growth outcomes (over approximately three years) with these audience profiles.
- This alignment will then guide both our strategic direction and the shorter-term tactics necessary to achieve those outcomes.
- The need is for something more holistic (cross-audience) and actionable that will provide our brand/marketing team with the detailed insight needed to achieve new acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
- The research will address significant insight gaps in understanding our growth audiences and will be used to guide our long-term strategic direction and shorter-term tactic.
