General Medical Supplies Services

The Vendor is required to provide general medical supplies used by athletic trainers for student athletics between July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027.
- Requirements
• Do not provide product substitutions if “no” appears in the substitution allowed column of the spreadsheet.
• Prices must be firm for one year.
• Do not adjust excel lines and cells and do not add lines and cells to the worksheet.
• Please note any extended backorder items on the price list in the notes column.
